A workshop on management of stress during the menusrual cycle and also management of menusrual cramps was held where in the participants were girls aged between 16-21 yrs from jamia- al- Uloom , college of bangalore .Total number of participants :300, Venu : Libray hall of Jami al Uloom campus,Bangalore .
