Istanbul - A city aged 6000 years old

Istanbul , the city connecting two continents Asia and Europe , a city which was built about 6000 years ago and was the center of the world , a city connecting two great civilization and meeting at the point where the two thoughts meet .Some of the shots of the city which impresed me and now i am proud rather than being embarrassed when called as a "turkru" (means trukish in local langauge Kannada ) in my home town native village , Muslims were called as "turkru" (means trukish in local langauge Kannada ) and i always felt is as not a good word , but now i understand why when wearing flashy colors we were compared to "turkru" (means trukish in local langauge Kannada ) -

The streets , as we look at them dropping down from the top of the hill down the streets , and the water system where free flow of water from the top of hill , one can see a similar kind of design along the streets of old Lucknow.

A old house , it looked the same which we have in our villages ,red tiled and wooden windows , chimney but instead of wooden walls we have brick walls .
